| Barcelona Look to Take Advantage Of Dalglish Sacking With Summer Bid for Liverpool Striker Luis Suarez |
Nou Camp side keen on Anfield striker. Download the Free CaughtOffside App Now at the iTunes App store by CLICKING HERE Barcelona are lining up a summer move for Liverpool striker Luis Suarez as new boss Tito Vilanova looks to bring in further attacking options. The Nou Camp manager, who takes over from Pep Guardiola at the end of the season, is hoping to take advantage of the sacking of Kenny Dalglish by plotting a bid for the Uruguayan international. Last term the Catalan side were heavily reliant on Lionel Messi for firepower, with the club's leading La Liga scorer after the Argentine's 50 goal haul only managing a paltry return of 11. With David Villa displaying fairly average form prior to being sidelined with a long term injury and new signing Alexis Sanchez failing to make much of an impact, there is a very real need to look into bringing in a proven goalscorer to help carry the goal-scoring burden. Despite Liverpool struggling for form 25 year old Suarez managed a healthy 17[...] |

| Liverpool Plot Move for Serie A Striker to Boost Ailing Attack |
Anfield side linked with move for Roma attacker. Download the Free CaughtOffside App Now at the iTunes App store by CLICKING HERE Liverpool target Bojan Krkic insists he is happy at Roma despite a miserable debut season in Serie A. The highly-rated striker, still only 21, left Barcelona last summer after 11 years at the club when Luis Enrique paid an initial £10m for his services. But after Enrique confirmed he is set to leave Roma after just one mixed season in charge, it has been suggested that Bojan could follow him out of the exit. The Spain international scored just seven goals in 33 Serie A appearances as he struggled to adapt to life in Italy. Liverpool have been extensively linked with Bojan, who was once considered one of the most promising strikers on the continent. SOURCE: talkSPORT Having managed just 47 goals in 38 Premier League matches it would appear that Kenny Dalglish would do well to bring in attacking alternatives to help his Anfield side convert draws into wins[...] |
